- Fire Department 110th Anniversary Open House
This fall, Carpentersville comes together to honor 110 years of unwavering service from the Carpentersville Fire Department. For over a century, our firefighters have been there—through storms, fires, rescues, and everyday emergencies—with courage, compassion, and commitment to keeping our community safe.
Saturday, October 4, 2025 | 10 AM – 1 PM
Station 93 – 5000 Sleepy Hollow Rd.
Bring the whole family to enjoy hands-on activities, station tours, fire safety demonstrations, and fun for all ages. Highlights include:
Order your limited-edition CFD license plate (valid through October 1, 2025, then becomes a keepsake). Proceeds benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Plates can be picked up at Station 91, 213 Spring St.
In honor of this milestone, the Carpentersville Fire Department has created a special line of commemorative merchandise to celebrate 110 years of service.
These pieces aren’t just souvenirs — they’re a way to carry a piece of our history with you. Quantities are limited, and once they’re gone, they will not be reprinted.

We’re thrilled to welcome the Chicago Bears Mini Monsters Obstacle Course to this year’s Open House!
Kids will have the chance to test their skills, agility, and teamwork in a fun football-inspired course designed by the Bears Youth & High School Football program.
