Crime Free Housing Seminars are held on the dates listed below at the Carpentersville Public Works training Room 1075 Tamarac Dr. Carpentersville, IL 60110 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Please return this registration form to the Police Department via fax (847) 426-0018 or e-mail to CFH@cville.org and circle the date you wish to attend. Your attendance is mandatory within 90 days of registration.
