The Human Resources Department plays an integral role in the Village of Carpentersville's strategic planning and policy development initiatives. We strive to stay current on federal, state, and local laws affecting public employment. The Human Resources Department's primary responsibilities include:

  • Development and administration of Village personnel policy and procedures
  • Recruitment of new employees

The Human Resources Department commits to developing, implementing, and supporting programs and processes that add value to the Village and its employees. Human Resources personnel will provide the employees with the training, resources, and support necessary to serve the community of Carpentersville.
