Auto Pay Program
Save the completed Auto Pay for my Water Bill form below to your computer and email it to our finance Department at: finance@cville.org
Pay Online Via Credit Card, Debit Card, or eCheck
There is a 2.25% fee on cards, or a minimum of $1.00, whichever is greater.
eCheck transactions cost .50 per transaction.
Payment Drop Boxes
You are now able to drive directly up to the drop box and avoid having to get out of your vehicle. The Village has two 24-hour drop box locations for payments made to the Village of Carpentersville.
Payments are picked up at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. Any items dropped off after that time will be posted the next business day.
